These cards have been designed by Professor Ilona Boniwell, currently at the University of East London and a leading positive psychology practitioner and academic and are based on the scientific theory of psychological capital. Ilona says

 Your 15.5x10.5x2.5 cm cellophane-wrapped pack weighs 0.375 kg and contains:

• Sixty beautiful word-free images
  
• Sixty inspiring quotes from a wid variety of people
  
• A clear model of the Mindful Hero and the five elements of mindfulness, hope, optimism, resilience and self-efficacy (or confidence)
• Five coaching cards with 12 questions each for each of the elements of the model
• A four page double-sided leaflet outlining the scientific model of psychological capital that underpins the Mindful Hero model, gives three introductory ways to use the cards in practice, and key scientific references. 
• A distinctive holding carton.
