Refund policy
Products purchased from The Positive Psychology Shop online store can be returned for up to 30 days after purchase if:
- The items arrives in a damaged condition. In order to return a damaged item please contact us at contact@theppshop.store with pictures of the damage and he will arrange for a refund and a return with free return shipping.
- The items can be returned for a full refund if the customer decides upon receipt that actually they just don't want them, as long as the goods are in a resalable condition (so any packaging is unopened). No shipping costs will be refunded in this case.
- The item arrives too late for an event which they were purchased for. In this case as long as the goods are in a resalable condition (so any packaging is unopened) then they can be returned for a full refund. Note:
- If the goods originally arrived within the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy then the customer will have to pay for return postage at their own expense.
- If the goods arrived later than the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy, but this was due to delays at the customer country's customs, then the customer will have to pay for return postage at their own expense.
- If the goods arrived later than the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy, but (2.) does not apply, then the customer will have to pay for return postage at their own expense BUT The Positive Psychology Shop will reimburse the customer for this return shipping cost upon emailing of a valid receipt.
